The Guitar shows plenty of playing time , the are no structural issues , the neck is straight and in. tune , the frets are in good shape , action is Smooth and fast, very easy to play.  It has loud rich sound that only a Martin has, a True players guitar. There are issues with the binding it is coming  loose in areas ,  some parts of the guitar where the finish is peeling , on the back of the body and the back of the neck. 

None of the  issues affect the integrity of the instrument or the playing. 

 It comes in a hard shell case in good condition.
